Economy includes basic surface preparation, paint and workers. About 95% of all refinishing is done in apartment complexes, rental units and hotels. These jobs have to be redone fairly often. Some commercial companies do residential jobs for extra work and say that they use the best materials and labor. Residential quality is the best and is a very small part of the refinishing business, we are exclusively a residential refinisher. With us you know what you are going to get. When we work on a previously reglazed tub and take the old paint off, we always see that it was done with economy materials. Superior and Premium topcoats are synthetic porcelain specifically designed for residential resurfacing, paint is not. Preparation of the old surface is important.
